Course Outline
This workshop is designed for procurement professionals who want to get things done more effectively. It is less about spreadsheets and data analytics, and more about how you interact with the people around you.
The day focuses on the practical reality of the role: negotiating with suppliers without burning bridges, building support across internal stakeholders, and explaining the why behind your initiatives so management actually listens.
Bottom line, the session focuses on the human side of procurement, moving beyond operational and transactional buying into influence, persuasion, and long-term value creation.

Translate procurement facts and figures into messages that resonate with non-procurement stakeholders.
Prepare for supplier negotiations using a practical framework focused on long-term value, not just the lowest price.
