1. How do I get my invoice?
Once payment is complete, an automated invoice and confirmation will be sent to your email. A member of our team will verify your registration and send the final confirmation within 1 business day.
2. Who is eligible for the Procurement/Supply Chain Practitioner Pass?
This pass is exclusively available to in-house corporate practitioners working directly within procurement, supply chain, or related functions.
Please Note: Consultants, solution providers, advisors, and other non-practitioner attendees are not eligible for this pass. The PSS team reserves the right to verify attendee eligibility.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to all parties:
• Substitute Attendees:
You are always welcome to send a substitute attendee in your place at no extra charge.
• Refunds:
If you need to cancel your ticket, you can do so within fourteen (14) days after purchase for a full refund. However, tickets bought within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable. All eligible refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference, in accordance with our financial procedures.
